Frequently asked questions
Common questions we hear from people considering a Kaleida program.
What costs are involved?
Course fees range from $1,500 + GST to $2,100 + GST depending on the program, with early bird pricing available on most programs. Group and organisational pricing is available for 3 or more participants from the same company — get in touch to discuss a custom quote.
Is this delivered remotely or in person?
All our programs are delivered live online — not pre-recorded. You'll join real-time, interactive sessions with a facilitator and a small cohort of peers, so you can take part from wherever you work.
I'm working full time — what happens if I can't make a session due to a meeting or other conflict?
We know work doesn't stop for training. A full session recap and all materials are shared after the session so you can catch up on anything you miss, and our facilitators can help you any questions or specifics you want to cover. That said, we'd encourage attending live wherever possible as the discussion and peer interaction is where a lot of the value comes from.
What does the coursework involve — is there an assessment?
The focus is on practical application, not exams. Expect scenario-based discussions, reflection exercises, and action plans you build throughout the program and apply directly to your own team. There's no formal testing, but you'll walk away with concrete frameworks and plans, not just notes.
Will I receive a certification or recognition for completing the program?
Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion from Kaleida, which you can add to your LinkedIn profile or professional development record. Our focus is on the practical skills and frameworks you take away, alongside this formal recognition.
Will my manager know what topics I'm covering and how to support me?
Yes. With your consent, we're happy to share a program outline and module topics with your manager so they understand what you're learning and can support you in applying it. For organisation-sponsored cohorts, we can also provide a short briefing for managers on how to reinforce the skills back on the job.
